Public Schools in America are full of more than formal education. They contain small families of students and teacher in each classroom. The other classrooms are like siblings, cousins or other relatives to each other classroom. As students and teachers move through their days much happens that never goes outside the small family of that classroom. Other events and experiences touch everyone in the school. This book tells about my experiences working as a teacher in public schools for many years. Some stories will surprise you. Others will break your heart. Each chapter is a separate event/story about one separate happening in a public school. The book is easy to read and the chapters are easy to pick and choose which ones to read. I hope you will read them all, but some will interest some people while others interest others. The book began as Stories of a Public School Teacher. They focus on public school and the narrator is a teacher. These "stories" take place over many years in various schools.. No real names are used.
