Missing 17 out of 32 pages

The book was supposed to be in "acceptable" condition. Some pages were bent or dog-eared, which is not an issue since the book was only supposed to be "acceptable". The issue is that 17 pages out of 32 pages are ripped out and missing from the book - which is not "acceptable". This was practically theft, considering half the book is missing.
