amazing! finally a theory that works!

Everytime I read a new book by a black woman author, this book is still right about the ways they write. Even several years after its publication, I am amazed that Holloway's theory of ancestry and remembrance continue to accurately predict the interest and direction of black women's literature. This book is a stunning intellectual accomplishment. It will take a while to read, but hold onto it. This is a theory that works!
