The title 'Moonshine' makes reference to the period of time in which Bridget wrote these short stories. Being born a clone made Bridget subject to vast experimentation in subterranean laboratories. His one and only friend- the one he could count on, were the rations of moonshine given to him daily, and his writing.

At one point Bridget spent several months in isolation and containment following fear aroused by a dangerous fever being passed around. It was during this period that Bridget wrote prolifically while shit-faced in the early hours of morning- or for him, very late hours of night. Bridget wrote in his journal about this period of time. "What is this...? This thing? This thing called me? I call it self. But, I am a clone- my self is someone else. So, who am I? Can I even know my own I? Moonshine is here. I don't care what its called. I call the spirit a friend. A friend who takes me to strange worlds. Worlds I report to others. Where is Natalie Portman? I wish she were here..."
Moonshine Vol. 1 is an enjoyable but strange look into a dissolving personality and struggling artist. One will be intrigued to bear witness to such spectacularly brazen satire as you will find in this volume. Redhat Dick, Dr. Stan Fantastic, Bubba Love Smash and Natalie Hotdayum assisted Bridget in writing these gripping tales. Redhat Dick, knowing of Bridget's containment, employed the help of Dr. Fantastic and Natalie Hotdayum to open an inter-dimensional gateway via a Pollock like painting. Bridget's friends visited often and encourage such courageous storytelling. Bubba Love Smash also installed a hot tub in the inter-dimensional gateway for Bridget to enjoy along with some hot babes pulled out of Hollywood and time.
