Very useful!

This format is easy to use and easy to transport. I found it to be an invaluable tool to carry around in classrooms, and the card pages hold up well from lots of use and transport. Each set of pages has a pairing of an illustrated and labeled emotion, with the corresponding opposite page having a list of suggestions on how to process or cope with the emotion. This is an excellent tool for teaching/reminding students about emotional awareness and building confidence so they can equip themselves with tools to handle single or multiple emotions, wherever they are. My only suggestion for making this book better might be some tabs or arranging the emotions alphabetically. This particular book stands up easily, too, with its own flap for support, which is really a nice feature.
