This book includes some real Buttes

This is the most complete book of its type I've seen on Montana. I personally cannot believe that all city names in Montana actually start with "B", but it seems nearly so. Read this one and know "stuff" for sure. It is a lot of fun.

Best of Big Sky

Janet has done a fine job of gathering fascinating data about Montana. Many little-known facts provide good conversational material for people of all ages. It's the kind of thing that you can read over and over again, each time with renewed interest.

This is more than trivia, it is entertainment

This book was a gift to me, and is not your usual trivia. Spencer obviously researches her stuff and puts it together with humor, irony, zest. Here are a lot of laughs and Gee Whiz moments for anyone. E. Malehorn in Illinois

Top 5 trivia books I have ever read!

I am a trivia buff and have lived in Montana for 36 years. This is hands down the best book I have read in years. The wit and humor through out the book kept me laughing the whole time I read it and I couldn't put the thing down. Kudos to Mrs. Spencer for researching and writing a book that had so many interesting facts that even an old Montanan like me had never heard. I highly recommend this book, I have read it twice and still haven't put it down.

A great bathroom book!

This book, patterned after the game "Trivial Pursuit" taught me more than I ever could have guessed about the state of Montana even though I've lived here over 20 years. The book really covers all the bases, with interesting and surprising questions divided into six categories: History, Geography, Science, Entertainment, Literature, and Sports. I keep my copy in the bathroom, but it's also a great book to keep in the glove box (for entertainment on those long drives across the state)or in the camping gear (for campfire quizzes!). Teachers and students should also enjoy this book, which presents a ton of useful - and useless - information about Montana in a very easy-to-digest format.
