Very disappointed

If I could give this book zero stars I would. I have looked everywhere for this busy book because my little boy is obsessed with Monsters Inc. I was so excited when I found this site and book!! It says in the description it comes with a mat and characters. My little boy has been waiting to get this book every day since I ordered it. It came in the mail today and he was beside himself. I found him in his room crying because it had no characters. I understand this is a “thrift” website but don’t list a book as having the characters if they’re not in there. I (and my son) am very disappointed.
