Technical book with a catchy title

If you are looking for a novelization of a movie or a children’s spooky story about monsters, then this is not the book for you. It is a technical book on the phenomenon known as UFOs. It starts with a dark and starry night and a UFO sighting. Then it proceeds to tell the histories of sightings and what they may have been. We learn how they were investigated. We learn what a hallucination is and how it works. We learn about shooting stars, space debris, weather balloons, optical illusions, etc. We get a history of the telescope, probability of the Sun people, the Moon insects, etc. They even slip in the speed of light. This book, filled with spooky pictures, is lots of fun for kid-os and those who grew up before the book was published.
