Run don't walk to buy this book!

Aside from being a great book for sales professionals this is exactly the kick in the pants every small business owner needs. Winnie keeps things simple and straight forward and leaves the BS out. Almost all books on sales I've read talk about how to trick the customer into calling you back. Most tips they gave seemed just a bit swarmy. Not this book. Her tactics are extremely professional and feel good when you implement...

Over the course of my 20 year career I have read many sales books as a sales person and as a sales manager. This book is very simple to read, to the point, no bs, no hard strategies and formulas. Just sound, simple, easy to understand ideas and methods. I have already ordered copies for all of my sales staff to read. I use this book as the focus of all my new staff sales trainings.
