LOGLINEAn Arab arms dealer operating from a super yacht in Monte Carlo has a daughter who is kidnapped that can only be rescued by an American who the father hates.SYNOPSISA young girl with a mixed Muslim/Christian background is abducted while snow skiing up in the mountains behind Monaco. She is spirited away to Mount Etna Observatory in Sicily and held for a huge ransom. There is a scarcity of qualified people in Monaco at the time to do the job so the girl's Muslim father reluctantly hires an American to lead a crack squad to rescue the girl. This leads to a spectacular world class chase and a series of death defying cinematic adventures and surprises. After September Eleventh many people in the U.S.A. were shocked that Muslims would attack a Christian nation. In a prior Islamic Jihad in Nineteen Fifteen the Muslim Turks deported through forced death marches, raped and murdered over One and a Half Million Armenian Christians. At this time the author's grandmother Siranoush and her sister Macrouhie were found by the Red Cross in the heat of the desert of Der Zor, loaded them onto a big truck then took them to an orphanage in Baghdad. The message that the screenwriter is attempting to convey in his script is that sometimes the Muslims and the Christians can work together and be friends. If the Muslims in Baghdad had not been good to the author's grandmother back in Nineteen Fifteen there would be no project entitled "Monaco Volcano".
