Isaac Kofi Appiah a t conf rencier en illustration de livres, la technologie d'impression, la planification et l'estimation des produits et la gestion de la production au sein du d partement de l' dition tudes, Facult d'art, Coll ge d'art et d'environnement b ti (CABE), KNUST-Kumasi depuis plus de vingt ans. Il a fait ses tudes l' cole secondaire SDA de Bekwai, Ashanti et l' cole secondaire TI Ahmadiyya Kumasi Il a obtenu les certificats de niveau " O " et " A " respectivement. Il a ensuite poursuivi le programme de licence (industrie du livre) en tant qu' tudiant pionnier, le PG Dip. (Industrie Management), PG Dip./MA l' ducation artistique tous au Kwame Nkrumah Universit des sciences et de la technologie, Kumasi Apr s ses tudes en gestion industrielle, il a t nomm au poste responsable de la production au Centre de litt rature des Assembl es de Dieu limit e (AGLC Ltd.), une imprimerie situ e Accra, avant de s'installer comme conf rencier. En 1999, il a de nouveau b n fici d'un cong sabbatique d'un an aupr s de Buck Press Limited. En tant que coordinateur de la production et un autre cong sabbatique de deux ans (de 2011 2013) avec le d partement de l' ducation artistique, Universit de l'Education -Winneba (UEW); et a enseign le dessin C'est pendant qu'il enseignait l'UEW qu'est n e l'id e de rassembler du mat riel pour aider les tudiants en art.
Isaac Kofi Appiah has been a lecturer in book illustration, printing technology, product planning and estimation and production management in the Department of Publishing Studies, Faculty of Art, College of Art and Built Environment (CABE), KNUST-Kumasi for over twenty years. He had his education at SDA Secondary School at Bekwai, Ashanti and TI Ahmadiyya Secondary School in Kumasi for the "O" and "A" levels certificates respectively. He subsequently pursued the BA (Book Industry) degree programme as a pioneer student, PG Dip. (Industrial Management), PG Dip./MA (Art Education), all in the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. After his studies in Industrial Management, he took up an appointment as the Production Manager at the Assemblies of God Literature Centre Limited (AGLC Ltd.), a printing press in Accra for two years before settling as a lecturer. Again, in 1999 he had a one year Sabbatical leave with Buck Press Limited as a Production Coordinator and another two year Sabbatical leave (from 2011-2013) with the Department of Art Education, University of Education - Winneba (UEW); and taught drawing. It was during his teaching at UEW that the idea to put together material to aid art students was hatched.
