Introduction: Educational videos are valuable tools for distance learning, enabling key concepts to be presented and synthesized.Aim: To develop five video vignettes aimed at 4ᵉ year pharmacy students to facilitate understanding of molecular docking in therapeutic chemistry.Methods: A team of five therapeutic chemistry teachers and an analytical chemistry resident designed the project. After reviewing the literature, validated scenarios were written, recorded with FreeCam and edited with DaVinci Resolve. Content was aligned with the practical work.Results: Five 6-7 minute videos were produced: introduction to docking, downloading software and structures, preparing receptor-ligand complexes, performing docking and interpreting results.Conclusion: These vignettes offer a flexible, accessible and durable medium to complement practical work. Their integration into the learning process nevertheless requires evaluation by the students.
