MoED: modification of electro dynamics by mach inertia priciple and electro anti gravity

we have modified here the Maxwell electrodynamics with mach inertia principle to generate universal electromagnetism which between two charged bodies is correlated to every charged body in the universe too.this machain electrodynamics enables us to answer to unsolved questions in the solar system and universe too for example expanding universe and planetary magnetic filed and amazing magnetosphere and planets heat generation and sun corona and pendulums mysterious questions and missing neutrino and electro anti gravitational experimental results and neutron stars magnetic fields.in reality we see that according to the modified electromagnetism with mach inertia principle, atoms are not completely electrically neutral suppose they have a very small value of the inertial electric charge bacause of difference between electron and proton charges and then a rotating body can generate inertial magnetic field and there is an electro anti gravity between bodies.
