Is it possible to disprove the existence of God? Seems like most Christians and atheists agree, and say "no." Contrariwise, Dr. Stenger wrote a book called "God: The Failed Hypothesis. How Science Shows That God Does Not Exist." In that same theme comes this booklet, in which Bernie explains why he left Christianity for scientific and philosophical reasons. Bernie also shares ways that we can now, using modern knowledge (science and philosophy), falsify the existence of God (including every version of a Christian God; such as Catholic, Mormon, Pentecostal, etc. versions). If your god is not superfluous, then he/she/they/it can be falsified with modern knowledge (science and/or philosophy). Just take any unique specific claims for that god and think about how it comports (or not ) with science and reason. And if your god is superfluous, then it isn't much of a God. That sort of God is indistinguishable from a God that doesn't exist.
