Information is copied from documents onto prescribed recording forms, which open with most information automated. For each recording we look at its cummulative impact to the General Ledger and Trial Balance. The other reports addressed are; Cash Register, Stock Information, Stock Movement and Closing Balance, Annual Sales and Profit, Final Trial Balance, Notes to Financial Statements, Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, plus the Dashboard.
