You don't need me to tell you this I'm sure, however, life has it's hurdles. Some small, some big, that every so often, we all need to stand up to and face head on. We experience the ultimate highs and the darkest of unimaginable lows. Words, to me, are a way to express, reflect, create and without a doubt help my mind move on. In what direction? Not even I know that.

Some of these poems will be a reflection of happy times, particularly from my youth. Hopefully some you can maybe relate to In one way or another. Some are stories of moments in my life intertwined with complication, love, sadness, anger and grief. Please join me on unlocking the chambers of my mind and accompany me on my emotional, turbulent journey of Mo, myself and I. You never know, there may even be a line which gives you the slightest glimpse of a positive end to the troubles and challenges you may be facing today.
