Helmut Schaaf has worked as senior physician in charge and head of the otolaryngology department at the "Tinnitus-Klinik Dr. Hesse" in Bad Arolsen (Germany). He has already published several books and scientific essays on topics like vertigo, tinnitus, dizziness e.g. rotatory vertigo and M ni re's disease.

This book is a translation of the original German 1st edition Morbus Meni re by Helmut Schaaf published by Springer Fachmedien Wiesbaden GmbH, part of Springer Nature in 2017.The translation was done with the help of artificial intelligence (machine translation by the service DeepL.com).
