Miss Viv and her kids, is about and woman from Loudon County Virginia, who comes from a large family, and enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with her children and grandchildren and most of all quilting. In her community she is known as the "quilting lady" and has won many awards for her art work. In this story, we are introduced to not only Miss Viv, however, her husband, Mr. Emery and two young boys from her neighborhood J.Austin and Jerome who at first play a practical joke on her, however, by the end of the book are in need of her help. This is the first of a series of books entitled Miss Viv and her kids. Enjoy
