Miss McCuddles Wants Pizza!: A Rabbit Tale

Miss McCuddles is a French Lop rabbit who lives in an apartment with her owner, Penelope Swiffleberger. Miss McCuddles begins to tire of her diet of greens and just can't resist temptation one night when Penelope orders a pizza. After swiftly generating a plan, the naughty rabbit hops onto a table and wolfs down a few bites of pizza while her owner has briefly vacated the room.

Penelope catches her and Miss McCuddles puts herself to bed, where she falls asleep and has nightmares regarding her misdeed. When she awakens, she feels quite ill. Penelope rushes her off to the vet after realizing that her lagomorph friend is indeed in trouble.

Miss McCuddles is given a time out by the vet, and she eventually recovers. Upon feeling better, she is briefly tempted by the aroma of pizza, but realizes that she'd rather stick to the hay and greens that rabbits are supposed to eat. In the end, she is quite content to eat the greens that Penelope has prepared for her.

This story teaches young children to be careful what they wish for. Sometimes, getting what we think will make us happy doesn't work out so well.
