A handful of ugly brats become super-ugly brats.

The first thing you notice is that everyone has the same speech impediment. Closed captioning can help, but only to a point. Then you realize it is more than an impediment, as they use words that are not in the dictionary. And such a repertoire of potty mouth. Now back to the story. Delinquents and delinquent wannabes are in the middle of rehab when they are caught in a freak storm. It adjusts their lives but not their speech. We realize that there are 37 more episodes. Yes, 37 episodes of over and over again, potty mouths, gratuitous s-e-x, and gore. Are these superheroes or just a lot more misfitting? If you think it started “off” and could not go downhill from here, wait until season 4, or not. You may ask, “Who are all these weird actors?” Well, they are all secondaries that have actually been in similar series. Yeah, this is not some standalone barfing session, as there are more series with similar characters
