This book is a little gem that should be placed in the hands of any person with a lifelong or temporary disability. These poems, written by a gutsy woman with multiple disabilities, take the "able" out of "disabled!" She struggled but proved to everyone that she "could" rather than "couldn't!" Her own positive attitude, backed by her love and trust of God, is quite inspirational! If you know someone who can't see, read this to them! If they can't hear you read, sign it to them! If they can't hold the book themselves, help them! This is a great read for folks with OR WITHOUT a disability, so one can learn not to stare or be judgemental!

This book has been on my coffee table since I first read it, and everyone who looks at it, wants one for themselves. I have given many as gifts. This is quite a remarkable woman who despite her "disabilites" had more abilities than people gave her credit for.Guaranteed to warm your heart and give you courage.
