Besides the bizarre set of instructions that came with each, Charles and his friends discovered their toothbrushes were infused with magical qualities that could give each owner a lifetime of benefits, but only if the instructions were followed implicitly. Otherwise, the consequences could be severe, as one of Charles' friends discovered the hard way. A coming of age story in the same vein as the movie, Stand By Me, but without the body.
