Joe was the manager of the New York Yankees from 1996-2007, and currently ranks fifth all-time in MLB history with 2,326 wins as a manager. He currently serves as the special assistant to the Commissioner of Baseball. Eddie Mathews is the only player to be with the Braves in all three cities: Boston/Milwaukee/Atlanta. He played 3rd baseman, and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1978. Eddie coached the Braves in 1971, and managed the team from 1972-1974. Tony Cloninger was a right-handed pitcher. He continues to remain the only pitcher to have ever hit two grand-slams in a single game.
