Market-ization of universities, valorization of public research, entrepreneurship, etc. - terms which mean that universities must intervene positively and without delay in the immediate and direct creation of value.Ministerial decree no. 1275 of September 27, 2022 on the "one diploma/one startup" mechanism, aims to help and support graduates of higher education establishments who have transformed their innovative projects into startups.
