Why would you sell a book you marked with PEN!!!?

I am so annoyed at people who thinks it’s ok to sell a workbook fully filled out with a pen. What did you think the new owner was going to do with it!? Why would that be something I would buy? And now I cannot get a refund! And now I cannot speak to anyone to hear my complaint! I will not buy another workbook from this site.
