Millennial Poetry: From the Beginning of the Millennium

These poems are a snap shot for previous years, previous ideologies, and dealing with adulting before that word was used as a verb. Many of the poems are personal, some are completely fiction and fanciful, and the final one was written for a family friend we lost. It is our turn to look back to the early 2000s. However, many Millennials are not nostalgic about that era like the generations before us were for the two decades that passed. So, with the apathy our generation is known for, read it or whatever!
