Elizabeth Stice Misperceptions on Colonial Troops Propagated by Journal of Military History of USAAnalysing so called Solomons ,Bhagwans and know alls of Military HistoryThe first thought that came to my mind was to write a letter to "Journal of Military History" but then past experiences with this journals intellectual dishonesty led me to abandon this course of action.In 2000 when I wrote to this journal a letter on a Singapores assorted collection of half truths and part nonsense on Punjab military history , they refused to publish my letter citing lame excuses of lack of space !Much of this journals modus operandi is based on pure intellectual dishonesty like :--1.Articles are vetted by so called referees who themselves don't have complete knowledge of specialized aspects of military history.Thus articles published full of analytical as well as factual mistakes.2.Book reviews cannot be submitted by any person unless he is handpicked or nominated by Solomons who are editors of this journal.
