Milestone to My Destiny: Inspiring Poems through Personal Testimony

When life's struggles come into our lives, many people suppress inner hurts and pains with substances that cause a numbness to the brain. To rid the pain caused by life's issues for a while or to give them a robust defense mechanism to handle the pain.God already knew as well as predestined that we would all have to suffer and endure heartaches and pain on earth so he has prepared instructions in The Holy Bible on how to endure. 2 Timothy 2:3-4 says, "Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warmth entangled himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier." This scripture encourages that in spite of the test and trials of this life that we must keep our focus on him and trust that he will see us through. After all, God uses the word "soldier" in order to aware us that we are in a spiritual warfare. Only by God's word and prayer would we win this war. I pray that readers would allow my testimony to encourage more people to read God's word for the preparation of going through hardship and praying for salvation for the entire family. Too many families are falling apart from the lack of a desire for salvation and trusting God. He has called his people to be holy, which is simply living holy and separated from the world's way of life. 1 Peter 1:15-17 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. This world is not getting better but worse. We need God more than ever to help us to endure as good soldiers. We can not endure life issues alone. WE NEED GOD! AMEN!
