Recipes for a Great Snack Anytime!

I love a good snack. And sometimes, you want something a little bit more creative than crackers and cheese, or hummus and pita chips. So I grabbed this book from my library to see if I wanted to add it to my large cookbook collection. I was not disappointed. The book had beautiful color photos of many of the recipes, and contains over 60 easy to make snacks. Although I don't always feel like making a bowl of pasta as a "snack", there are several really cool ideas for quick snacks too. Some of my favorites include: Snickers Bar Shake, Curry in a Hurry (Soup), Herb Poppin Parmesan Pop Corn, Midnight Kisses, and I Need It Now Herb Bagel & Egg Sandwich. Enjoy!

What a fun book

When I first purchased this book, I smiled ear to ear as I read it! I really enjoyed it. Its great when you have hungry teenagers to feed.. whats better is when they can use the book and create munchies to feed themselves!!A fun and usable book
