Very good...better than all other books I've read on subject

This book covers a lot of what I needed. I've been programming CE for about a year and the CE doc's from Microsoft are "lacking". Highly recommend it for database access, creating shortcuts, and other general info. Well written. Great first book for the beginning CE developer with lots of useful stuff for the more advanced.
Good book, but not for beginners

Got this book on it's 2nd Day of publication at the Windows CE Deveopers Conference. It is a very good reference on CE 2.0 and 2.1 development. This book is for people who know MFC and the Win32 API well. It's not a beginners guide, but it does a great job covering all the technical aspects of CE development from coding, to registry, to database, to object store, etc... Definately worth the money.
