Office 2003 Book

Excellent book for learning Microsft applications such as Work, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint. The book offers walk through examples that are easy to follow with pictures and step-by-step instructions. The Excel math problems may be off, I think, but overall, I learned a lot even though I've been using the applications for awhile.

Good Intro

As an introduction to Micosoft Office 2003, it is sufficient. You do learn a lot of beginner skills but like its predecessors, it isn't easy to find the concepts you've interested in learning. All the screen captures are appropriate and helpful and in full color. There is no CD-ROM but the practice files are downloadable from the companion website. Though you'll learn a lot, you'll outgrow the text eventually.
