This work seeks to evaluate Michel Rosenfeld's comprehensive pluralism. In order to do so, it was necessary to paraphrase two books by the American author, Just Interpretations and The Identity of the Constitutional Subject. This is followed by a synthesis of comprehensive pluralism and a conclusion. In the first of these works, the jusphilosopher analyses the greatest exponents of contemporary legal theory and goes on to outline his own theory, which is based on the concept of comprehensive pluralism, starting from the premise that diversity is necessary and good, and should be preserved and fostered.
