oh dear

Okay, a cookbook editor needed to be hired, then needed to speak up. SO, this book MAY have the best recipes in the world, but I will not be using them. Unfortunately, it simply comes down to the cookbook design. If this were a computer app I would just say the design isn't user friendly. It is literally hard to read because of the font. Some of it is just too small, much of it is very light in color -making it harder to read. There was more room on the page. Who designed the layout? I feel sorry for the Chef because I am certain his recipes are outstanding, but the design of the book makes it harder to read and "not" user friendly. Maybe he made a redesigned edition? I'll have to look.
