For Mexico, remittances from Mexican migrants have been and are a fundamental element in the development of the country and the balance of finances; fundamental in the fight against poverty, unemployment, a factor of micro-investment and of great importance in the country. Remittances are above all a variable of stability, a fundamental source of survival for millions of Mexican families. It is of great importance for Mexico, the fact that in recent years the percentage of remittances sent by Mexicans abroad to their families residing in national territory has been increasing. The pandemic has put many things in the eye of the hurricane, the remittances of Mexican migrant workers in the United States have been and are important in Mexico's economy, they allow their families in the country to have access to resources to meet their basic needs and contribute to local and national development. Globally, in the year 2021, India ranked first in receiving remittances with 89,000 million dollars, Mexico is the second recipient country with more than 54,000 million dollars, China ranks third with just over 53,000 million.
