Kevin is an eleven-year-old boy who loves going on adventures. One day, Kevin's mom suggests that he visit a mountain named Meven in their city. Kevin travels to Meven, but upon his arrival, Kevin sees scary monsters and dark clouds. Kevin is frightened and wants to give up on his trip. But, with the combination of motivation from his mom and his love for adventures, Kevin begins his journey to defeat the terrors of the mountain and hopefully reach the top.

With mystical illustrations and a story about a determined young boy's journey, this book hopes to teach that any obstacle can be conquered, as long as the individual has the courage to challenge it.
