"Jeff T Bowles exposes the hidden truth behind Dr. Max Odens's 1973 DNA injection experiments that extended the lifespan of a rat to the equivalent of 220 human years. He also shares his own unpublished groundbreaking research that reveals how Odens sabotaged his protocol to conceal his secrets which he took to the grave in 1978. This book is a sensational discovery in the field of aging and rejuvenation that could allow us to live centuries instead of decades." - Dr. Tim Ioannides, MD, founder - Treasure Coast Dermatology & 2022 inventor of cure for inoperable skin cancer. "Jeff Bowles presents a compelling & incredible therapeutic route to extend human lifespan. Home-based research on rats is provocative but must be reviewed, reassessed, and tested in humans. However, should this work pan out even in half measure, he has illuminated a path to human immortality. .-Dr. Ron Klatz, MD, DO President/Founder American Academy of anti-aging medicine A4M Jeff T Bowles unpublished experiments dramatically extended the lifespan of Lulu- 1 of 2 female Sprague Dawley rats to a record 47 months. Sima, a rat on E5, lived 48 months (152 human years) a new record. Bowles also tried to repeat a mysterious experiment in 1973 by Dr. Max Odens where 75-year-old (human years) rats were injected with DNA & RNA. One lived 6.3 years = 220 human years! Odens did not reveal what DNA was used & was ignored by science. Bowles's found Odens had experimented with injecting embryonic cells into humans for aging reversal. Bowles realized Odens was likely using mammal embryo DNA from rate. This explained an odd result from Bowles's DNA injection experiment. He expected DNA injections would slow the growth of young rats. He assumed whatever slows growth and development also slows aging because as Bowles had predicted in 1998 that development and aging were driven by the same mechanisms. This was recently proved true by in Horvath's study of universal mammalian aging. Bowles noticed that only calf (a young mammal) thymus DNA injections led to a significant decline in growth in the rats. DNA from fish had no effect. This seems similar to Katcher's experiment of injecting rats with extracts of young pig blood which reversed the DNA methylation age of rats by 70%! Bowles has reason to believe that Dr. Odens's rats were also Sprague Dawleys so his record of a 6.3-year lifespan might be the true record for SD rats. While Katcher is using young pig blood extracts to rejuvenate rats, Bowles has invented a process where some adult mammal cells (preferably one's own) could be plated in a petri dish and allowed to multiply. The aging of the cells could then be reversed to time 0 (single cell fertilized egg zygote stage) with the 4 Yamanaka factors KLF4 SOX2 cMYC and OCT4 or Lin28 and Nanog or their equivalents. The DNA could be harvested from one's embryonic stem cells / induced pluripotent stem cells to provide one with one's own very young DNA for weekly injections that hypothetically could allow humans to live possibly up to 220 years as implied by Odens's oldest rat. Receiving injections of your own DNA sounds a lot less likely to trigger any problems than being injected with young pig blood extracts. Bowles also noticed that RNA injections had no effect on rats and were quite harmful, provoking intense immune reactions and necrotic wounds at injection sites healed slowly. Odens may have added RNA injections to his protocol in an attempt to protect trade secrets. Bowles is now in the process of patenting his aging reversal DNA injection invention and would like to invite interested scientists to help with some simple, cheap, proof-of-concept experiments as well as to invite any qualified patent lawyers who can patent "use" inventions on a worldwide basis to consider looking into helping with the patent process and a patent equity sharing arrangement.
