Messianic Torah with Commentary...Plus!: a Messianic Chumash+Matthew!

The new edition of the MTC+ includes several new features. The first and most obvious is the addition of the book of Matthew from the 1st century CE Jewish book, the New Testament (NT) also known as the Apostolic Scriptures . We have also added the haftorah to this edition in the footnotes. Matthew is added after the book of Deuteronomy. The comments in Matthew are a little more devotional in nature than those in the Torah but stay with the Messianic/Hebrew cultural view that is being emphasized in this work. The Haftorah sections in the MTC+ reflect several different Jewish traditions. When we were looking for Haftorot to place in the text we did not use all Azkenazi or Sefardi . Most of the time we used one of those two prominent groups, but we also looked at the Yemeni and Romani traditions. The Yemeni is the oldest Jewish community, and the Romani reflect the eastern Jewish traditions for which our early Fathers in the faith were probably associated. We tended to go with the Haftorah reading that we felt spoke to Messianics the best. To access the haftorah go to the End notes and find the Haftorah you are after. The next new feature has to do with the notes themselves. Some of the reviews mentioned that there were not enough comments for some of the parashot. To remedy that issue we have gone back and added comments in some of the sections that were lacking comments. The MTC also re-wrote comments that we thought were unclear. Finally, we have corrected as many of the spelling, typing, and grammatical errors as we could in this edition of the MTC+. This is especially true of some of the Hebrew words that when we uploaded the book to Kindle, the spellings got scrambled. We believe we have fixed that issue. Hebrew fonts have been typed in a bold font to make them more obvious. IF YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL version of the MTC and would like to get the updated MTC+ you can do so for FREE. The way that you can get the new version for free is to delete it from your device then allow syncing on your device then re-download the book from your "ALL" screen. Our experiences with the Kindle people have been VERY good. Contact them if there is an issue. If you do update to the MTC+ any notes or bookmarks you have done will disappear. I do not believe it is possible to get both versions unless you have an old copy on a device that has no internet capability. Thank you for your trust, prayers, and support. We STRONGLY encourage you to get the MTC+. We believe it is a much better resource than the original. We receive NO EXTRA MONEY if you update the file. We truly believe the new version is better and worth the effort. If we could have it up-grade automatically we would do so, but that is not an option at this time.
