A radical spiritual "restructuring" (revival) of the church and a realignment of its leaders in terms of the biblical patterns must happen for it to become the loud and clear voice of the Lord in the world today. This book contains the discovery stretching over a number of years what the Lord requires of His church and the biblical pattern He has set for it to prosper spiritually in a lost world. Precious callings, positions and awesome responsibilities are highlighted as well as the revealed anointing resting on many to fulfil the Lord s work in the coming days. Sharing the visions and messages received over the years in this regard hopes to provide a spiritual platform for the reader to pray and hear for him-/herself what the Spirit is saying right now.

At 78 I have a rich background of experiences in many disciplines such as administration, engineering, medical, social and spiritual. Born and residing in South Africa, married for 52 years, I faithfully "penned down" what is believed to be given by Holy Spirit. Born again by age 12, I served on the mission field, served as a deacon and elder and led a number of prayer initiatives over the years. I held various secular positions in my working carrier. These positions were in the national department of social welfare (admin.), hospitals (secretary at 4 hospitals), nature conservation (admin), private secretary to the Administrator of Namibia (previous SWA) and management consultant (both in the private and public sector).
