Simplistic and engaging!

This book are perfect for anyone above the age of 12. The story is enlightened, new and I couldn't put it down. I liked the main character Mercy and her path of self-discovery. The secondary characters are realistic and engaging on their own. It is suspenseful and the plot will keep you guessing to the very end. I couldn't wait to get my hands on the next book. I highly recommend this book. I teach reading and my students really love this series.
