Not Hardcover as advertised!

I was very disappointed to find these books were softcover not hardcover as advertised. They were brand new in shrink wrap but when I opened them they were not as expected. I teach library and softcover books simply don't last as long. I would have bought from another seller if I had known. Also, it states it ships in 24 hours. It was shipped 10 days later. Ordered December 5th, shipped December 15th, received December 23rd.
