About the Author: Wing Commander Jaspal Singh Shoker (retd) has led a very exciting and colorful life. Born in a village, did his primary schooling in a village; went to England in his early years, returned and studied at PPS Nabha. Then through NDA he joined the Air Force as a fighter pilot, flying Vampires, Hunters, Gnats, and Mig 2. After premature retirement he has taken up writing in Punjabi. His novelette "Phande Paye Khilonne" is been rated at 4 out of 5 by readers.
