Kevin De'Michaels, who is better known as K.D. in the wicked streets of Sarasota, Fl, keeps it loyal to his best friend Hood by killing the key witnesses who are set to testify against him in court. When relatives of the deceased victims are not happy about the brutal murder, they keep it in the streets and began playing by the street's rules. After Hood is released from jail, he is faced with more enemies who become a bigger threat to K.D. and their crew than him.
