There are golf books and golf books. Most of them are rather technical - this one is about your mind. The fun thing is that it works. This plus Gallwey's "Inner Game of Golf" WILL improve your game. They sure improved mine - and both books are starting to wear out from heavy use.

A very good book for golfing as well as for beginning self-hypnosis. Fairly concise. There's a bit of a pattern with the author's endless stories, but she does like to drive home a point. There are some rather obvious spelling and grammar mistakes, which really should have been caught by an editor, assuming one was used...

I usually post 92-96, after reading this book I played 36 holes and posted an 88 then a whopping 78. This is my lowest score ever. Worth reading again and again.
