'MEN DON'T GOSSIP' is truth embedded in ridiculous incidents. The two main characters, Bolla and Dima share their strange and sweet moments in style. Bolla succeeded and also failed to fulfill his promise of a splendid birthday party for Dima. Dima on this occasion had the best and worst birthday party of his life. Who is the victim between these two; who has an ulterior motive to hurt the other and who's well-meaning towards the other, Bolla or Dima?
The birthday jam became the talk of the town but the reasons behind the turn of events at the party remain a mystery. There are lots of funny fellows out there in the city. Folks whose lives and personalities are live-comedy. Their ordinary everyday lives provide big-time entertainment. Bolla, Smith, Pedro, and Ken fall into this category. Some other characters in the story live in illusion. They live against their beliefs and fall short of the cultural values they profess. Ankara, the place where all these events took place is full of revelations. The book is for everyone, the young, middle age, and old. My life in Turkiye exposed me to so many characters including the natives and other people from different cultures, backgrounds, and countries. As I watch them closely, I realized they display unique characteristics, some of which are entertaining, shocking, disappointing, hypocritical, and contradictory. With the conviction that many would delight in the experiences, I decided to articulate them into a story. At face value, the tales in this book are comic but a little in-depth look at them presents you with some rewarding tips.
