Memoirs of a Circuit Riding Preacher is the true life story of Reverend Sidney Clyde Dillinger. He was born in a sod house in western Kansas in 1913. His home life led him on the path of ministry in the Methodist Church. Sidney's heart was deeply embedded with his love of God, preaching God's word, and the people he met in his life. He used his love of horses in his ministry in many ways. He married, Eva and they had three children. Tragedy hit and Eva went to heaven. He then married my mother, Hilda. They were married for 21 years and my mother died.
