how can you resist these little ones

Cute, cuddly, interesting, playful, cunning -- some many adjectives to show us how this African desert dweller lives. A wonderful book to introduce this little-known animal to children. The pictures are actual photographs, not cartoons or carictatures. And, each shows an aspect of meerkat life without too much technical verbage. Even I enjoyed reading this book to my grandchildren -- again and again. I would enthusiastically recommend this book for young children and early readers (and the "older" folk, too).
