MeditАtion Аs Self LiberАtion

There are numerous publications that encourage readers to examine themselves from an intellectual perspective, including those on psychology, philosophy, theology, and spirituality. However, the intellectual approach is insufficient to help us understand who or what we truly are. The integrated approach also does not fundamentally free us from the numerous psychological issues we experience. .

We can face this alone if we give up on the conceptual approach and recognise our actual mental problems in the absence of mediation. The entity known as "the thinker," "the I," "the go," or "the self" is merely a creation of the mind, and the thinker is actually no different from the mind. When the mind shuts down and is in a state of mental confusion, stupor, or silence, it is actually realised that neither the subject nor the object is real. When the mind starts to move once more, it either makes me or myself. It is also obvious that this self is the source of all psychological issues and many types of misery. There will always be suffering as long as there is a self. There is no suffering when the self is not present. Realizing, exploring, and understanding one's own nature is what is referred to as meditation.
