The book is related to south Rajasthan specially Banswara district and its vegetation of medicinal uses. This ethnobotany deals with folk use of plants especially as medicine because of no-side effects of herbal medicine. The plant description is classified in various subheadings to understand viz. local name, English name, Botanical name, synonyms, vernacular name, family, habitat, ecology, origin and distribution, phenological character, plant description, uses (medicinal uses, edible uses and other uses) and phytoconstituents. The book is written in this manner and style to make the understanding of the subject easily. It is hoped that his book will help in the supplement for various plant drugs and opening of new vistas of various drugs formulaton by plant species.
