A Very Good Help

This book is of very good help for those quick reviews Internists have to do as consultants. The book has practical chapters with good clues to pay attention. Personally enjoyed Chapter Seven about Perioperative Assesment and Management when Neurologic Problems, the use of Nimodipine and management of the Wedge Pressure In summary, I could save much time with this book and I was able to resolve many questions in the general practice.
