Excellent book

I would like to differ with the other reviewer's. I think this book is an excellent resource for anyone who is interested in knowing about the actual physical concepts than just a bunch of equations. The author clearly explains the underlying concepts behind each and every topic and he spends more time on the basics as those are the building blocks for more complex topics. I personally dont not think that the author has skipped any rigor in presenting the mathematical equations and anyone with decent knowledge of partial differential equations and tensor theory can figure them out. I would strongly recommend this book compared to other standard books like "Fluid mechanics by White" (Though for undergraduates who are required to solve more problems that is still the prescribed one). For people who want more detailed mathematical derivations "Fluid mechanics by Pijush Kundu" is an excellent resource which can used in conjunction with this book to gain more insight.
